As a yarn shop employee, I spend a lot of my time trying out different knitting needles, finding good qualities in some and poor qualities in others. When I’m sitting down to start a new project, I want to make sure that the process of knitting gives me as much joy as the product will when I have finished. This is why I take as much time considering the quality of the needles I’m using as I do choosing yarn for my project.
